Monday, April 3
Reva runs into Marah outside Company. She confronts her about the flowers and Marah thinks it's a good sign that Josh protected Reva's feelings in front of Olivia. Reva tells her that the schemes and lies have to stop. Reva doesn't want Marah to go to the concert because of her behavior lately. Olivia overhears and suggests that it would be good for her to go. She tells them it's between them and goes inside. Reva wants Marah to focus on school and making something of herself. Marah says that she's really talking about herself because it's too late for her to do anything about it. Marah agrees not to go to the concert and goes home to study. Olivia comes back out and tells Reva that she's meeting Josh for a business trip to Chicago. Reva tells her that she knows she's telling her that to get to her but it won't work. She says that she and Josh are moving on with their lives. Olivia tells her that she's glad if she really means it. Reva doesn't know how she could have ever thought of Olivia as a friend. Olivia reminds her that she took care of Jonathan for her when she abandoned him and they argue. Olivia says that her relationship with Josh isn't just a one-night stand. Reva tells her that she and Josh will always be in love with each other but Olivia doesn't think so. Reva says it doesn't matter because Josh will find out what kind of person Olivia is. She says she won't have to do anything because Olivia will do it to herself. Meanwhile, Jim comes to see Josh and they talk about how well the business is doing. Jim thinks that maybe Olivia shouldn't work with them since she is seeing Josh. Josh tells him about the situation with the flowers and Jim thinks Josh cares more about Reva's feelings than Olivia's. Josh tells him that he's glad to hear Reva is focusing on her life and that she is sounding more like herself. Jim thinks Josh needs to make a decision because he is only hurting himself now. He says that he has a business trip coming up and is looking forward to some time alone. Jim leaves and Josh sees a picture of he and Reva together. He decides to call her but before she answers, Olivia comes in. He puts the phone down as Reva answers. Olivia suggests she go on the business trip with him and he hesitates. She says she won't if it's a bad idea and he finally says he'd like her to go. Reva decides that it's time she make some changes in her life.
Buzz asks Jesse how he is feeling and he says great. He tells Buzz the truth about his heart and that he told Drew the truth. Selena hears him and asks how dare he do that. Jesse tries to explain and tells them that Drew understands. Selena tells him that everything is not going to be OK. Selena tells Jesse how worried Drew has been about him and he explains that it wasn’t planned. Selena tells him that he has to love Drew more than anybody else. She tells him all the things that Drew has been through this year and he tries to explain. She wants to know where Drew is and Buzz drags her away from Jesse. She begs him to love her more than the rest of the world and he says that he does.
Michelle and Danny pull Blake in the room and make sure that Ross didn’t follow her. They explain that Richard doesn’t know that asks her not to tell Ross. Blake says that she can’t lie to Ross ever again. They beg her and Blake beats herself up for being nosy. They convince her and she says she’ll try not to say anything. Danny thinks they need a back up plan now but Michelle wants to get out of there. Danny is sure that Blake will keep their secret and wants to wait there for Cassie. Danny finds a secret door in the wall where they could hide if they need to. Meanwhile, Drew asks Ross where Michelle and Danny are and Ross explains that they are just on vacation. Richard assures Drew that they aren’t there and Drew asks to look around the palace. Drew thinks that someone is helping Michelle and asks if it is Cassie. Cassie can’t believe that Drew really believes that Michelle is guilty. Blake arrives and hears Drew yelling at Ross. Cassie comes over and Blake tells her that she knows what is in the locked room. Cassie begs Blake to keep quiet and not get Richard into trouble. Cassie says that she has to protect Richard and Blake says that she won’t lie to Ross again. Drew gets upset and Ross tries to comfort her. He tells her that he has not been in contact with Michelle. Richard offers to let Drew look around the palace for herself and he mentions the priest and the nun that were here. Drew says that she would like to tour the palace and go where the priest and nun went. They go and Blake and Cassie come back in. They ask Ross where the others are and he tells them that Richard took Drew on a tour to calm her down. Cassie goes to find them and Blake tells Ross that this is not good. Michelle hates dragging her friends into her mess and they hear Richard and Drew outside. They hide behind the secret door and Richard opens the door. Cassie watches them go inside and they see the map of the island that Danny was looking at. Rick explains that his father loved the sea so that isn’t strange. Danny and Michelle listen to them and Drew asks to speak to Cassie alone and leaves. Blake tells Ross that she is upset about her novel and says that in her book she would stumble on Danny and Michelle but wouldn’t know whether to lie about it. he tells her that an attorney would be bound by law to come forward so it would be bad for her character to tell his character in the book. Blake suggests that they leave the island and Ross asks her about her novel. Drew returns and tells them that she is sure that Danny and Michelle are on the island. Blake asks her to come back to Springfield with them but she says she isn’t leaving. Ross agrees to stay and help Drew. Cassie comes out and says to Richard that there is something she has to tell him. She tells him that she would never intentionally cause him trouble and explains how she has helped Danny and Michelle. She apologizes for lying and explains that she was just protecting him. They go back in the room and Richard gets upset because whatever Cassie does will reflect on him. He opens the secret door and tells Danny and Michelle that they can come out now. He tells Cassie that she has put him in a Hell of a position.
Tuesday, April 4
Abby arrives at Harley's and apologizes for not making it to dinner. Harley asks if Rick seems upset lately and Abby says it is Michelle and Lizzie. Phillip reassures Rick that Harley will not look into his past and wonders what the big deal is anyway. Rick says hello to Abby and they leave. Phillip and Harley discuss the evening and he makes sure that Harley is going to back off of Rick. Phillip goes to make a phone call and Harley tries to hide the background check. She begins to take a peak and finds out that Rick had a confidential closed door disciplinary hearing in medical school. Phillip returns and they talk about Lizzie’s treatment for tomorrow. Harley apologizes for sticking her nose in about Edmund and causing him more worry. Harley leaves and returns in a sexy nightie with champagne. They get romantic. He goes to get more champagne and returns with a fax about Edmund’s welcome to the board party. He says that killed his mood and goes to do some work. Harley decides that she has to find out Rick’s secret so that she can help them with Edmund.
Rick and Abby arrive home and Rick is distracted. She tells him that Harley was asking if he is OK. He gets upset and says he doesn't want to think about everything that is going on. He tells her that she knows him so well and she jokes that there was probably something dark from his past that she doesn't know about. He yells at her that he told her that it was nothing. He apologizes for biting her head off and she understands. He talks about how he has made some mistakes in the past and how lies can snowball. She is confused and he asks her if he is a bad person. She tells him that he is a wonderful person and that mistakes can't change that. Rick tries to sleep but is restless. He dreams that Abby knows about his past and that she leaves him. Rick gets out of bed and Abby asks what is wrong with him. He wonders if there is a way he can make her understand and he remembers talking with Claire while he was in medical school. He realizes that Abby would never understand and can never know the truth.
Vanessa tells Matt that she has to talk to him but he tries to keep her quiet. She says that Michelle is completely innocent. Matt tell her that her health is more important than this and she tells him how awful it has been to not be able to share this for all these months. She tells him that she is the one that killed Ben warren. Matt thinks it is all a dream and Vanessa explains that Ben told her that Carmen shot him. Matt tries to make her stop talking but she explains that Ben asked her for help, they scuffled and the gun went off. She wants to call the police but Matt says that she can't until she is sure of what happened that night. She asks him to help her call the police and he refuses. He says that she should wait a while because it is too much stress for her right now. He is also afraid that they will arrest her but she says that she has to do this for Michelle. He tells her not to ask him this but she does anyway and he holds her.
Michelle tries to take the blame for Cassie but Richard is upset with her. Cassie says that she couldn't turn her back on Michelle but she was trying to protect him. He says that he is obliged to turn them in and Danny says that he can forget that he ever saw them. Richard says that it isn't that simple and asks how far he and Michelle think they can get. Cassie asks to speak to Richard alone and he tells her that it is too late to save them now. Richard tells her that since she is about to princess she must take responsibility for her actions. He says he is going to turn Michelle and Danny in or else it will cause an international incident. He says this will determine his credibility in the country but she is sure that the people would want him to take care of innocent friends. He thinks she is ignorant to what her life will be and she gets angry that he would think this. He asks her to trust his judgment and she says she doesn't know if she can. He tells her that she must detach herself from this situation but she says that any man in Danny’s situation would do anything to save her life. She asks him if he would do the same thing for her and he says that he would. Cassie asks him to just think about it with his heart and says that she will abide by whatever decision he makes. She leaves him to think and he finds her ID bracelet. He remembers telling her that he loves her and makes a phone call. Michelle is confident that Cassie can convince Richard to help them but Danny says that they aren't waiting around to find out. She wants to give Cassie time and won't leave. He says that they need a plane and know where one is. She knows it is a drug-dealing plane and they argue about it. She won't be a part of the life that they tried so hard to get away from. She is sure that Richard will believe Cassie because he loves her and she reminds him that he did for her. Cassie comes in and tells them that Richard is thinking about them. She reassures them that Richard is a good and fair man. She leaves to find out what is going on. Danny tells her that they have to leave and she agrees. They open the door to leave and guards are there. They tell Danny and Michelle that they are under house arrest and handcuff them. He tells Cassie that he made a decision. Cassie can't believe it because she thought he listened to her. He says that this is about his duty as ruler of San Cristobel. He says that he needs her support and she leaves the room.
Wednesday, April 5
Phillip secretly calls Edmund and tells him that Harley is suspicious of them. He explains that she thinks it is Rick that Edmund is blackmailing and hangs up. Noah arrives at Company to meet Edmund. Edmund has offered him a Monet for $500,000 and a favor. Edmund tells him about Lizzie and her illness and asks him to take a look at her. Noah wants to know why Edmund is doing this and wants to know what is really going on. Edmund says that he just likes Lizzie and her mother and he says that he doesn’t want anybody to know that he is a part of this. Edmund threatens to leave and Noah agrees to take a look at Lizzie. Edmund remembers a talk he had with Beth and he leaves. Meanwhile, Harley looks at Rick’s background check and Phillip comes in. Lizzie, Beth and Jim arrive and Lizzie tells them that she is not going to her chemo treatment. She says that she thinks she doesn’t need to go anymore and Phillip explains that she has to go. She thinks she is well now and everyone explains that isn’t the way the medicine works. She yells at them all that she doesn’t want to go and Jim says that she doesn’t have to go then. Phillip and Beth take Jim outside and tell him to stay out of this. Phillip and Beth tell Jim that he can’t tell Lizzie that she doesn’t have to go to treatment. Jim says that forcing Lizzie to go is not the way to handle it and asks to speak to her alone. Phillip and Beth refuse and Harley comes out to see what the yelling is about. Harley thinks that Jim should get to try and talk to Lizzie and he and Beth go inside. Harley tells Phillip that Jim is not trying to compete with him for Lizzie. Phillip feels like he should have found a way to make Lizzie feel OK about this. Harley brings up Edmund and Phillip asks her to not mention him. Jim talks with Lizzie and acts like she is right to not go to the hospital. Lizzie asks Beth if the dragons will win if she doesn’t go to the hospital and Beth says that she doesn’t know. Jim asks Lizzie what is the worst thing that could happen and the best thing that could happen at the hospital and she sees that she will get better if she goes. Jim tells her what a great big sister she will be and Lizzie hugs her mother. She agrees to go to her treatment just as Phillip and Harley come back inside. Lizzie tells Phillip that she doesn’t want to go but she will and that she isn’t scared. Beth and Lizzie leave and Phillip thanks Jim for whatever he said to her and he leaves. Phillip tells Harley that he has to stop worrying about Edmund and focus on Lizzie.
Ross and Drew have breakfast and he can tells something's wrong. She doesn't want to tell him but he convinces her he's not an attorney now. She admits that Jesse faked the heart attack. Ross asks if it was planned and she says that it just happened. She tells him that it was Michelle because she makes people do whatever she wants them to. Ross tells her that she is the one making Michelle important in Jesse's life. He suggests she call Jesse and make the first move. Meanwhile at Company, Buzz suggests Jesse call Drew at the spa. He finds out that Drew never went there and wonders where she could be. She calls and lies that she is there. He offers to come there and she tells him that she's coming home soon. Jesse tells Buzz she lied to him and Buzz says it's all about him. He advises Jesse to find out what he wants because his actions don't go along with what he's saying about Michelle. Drew thanks Ross for his help and they agree it's time to go home.
Danny wants a phone to get in touch with Ray. He thinks Ray might have found Ruth by now. Michelle says they aren't going anywhere and he has to accept that. She thinks that Cassie might have talked Richard into helping by now. Danny doesn't think Richard will put anything before his country, not even Cassie. Danny says they should have left when they had the chance and looks around for something to use against the guards. Michelle tells him she wants to go back to Springfield. She thinks that Ruth or Vanessa knows what really happened. Danny tells her that Vanessa is probably dead by now. Michelle says they have to believe in a higher power taking care of them. Danny finds a knife and says that maybe she's right and that he should have faith. Meanwhile, Tammy tells Cassie that she's learning about the monarchy in school. Richard overhears her say that everything will change once they marry. Richard asks her what she means and she says that they will have duties and he won't care about them like he does now. Richard admits that people will treat them differently but assures her that his family will always come first. Tammy leaves for school and Cassie thanks him for making her feel better even if what he said wasn't true. She says she understands why he can't help Danny and Michelle. He asks if she thinks he's doing the right thing and she tells him she can't ask him to do this. He offers a compromise and she asks him if he's sure. He tells her he's sure about her and them. She thanks him and he goes to tell Danny and Michelle. Blake comes in looking for Ross and Cassie tells him that Richard is going to handle everything for her. Danny hears Richard coming and puts the knife to his back. He tells him to do what he says and he won't get hurt. Michelle can't believe it and stands in front of the door. She tells him they aren't going to hurt anyone and she loves him too much to let him do this to himself. She begs him to put the knife down and he does. Richard understands and says he would have done the same thing. He says he was coming to tell them he was going to help them and Danny worries he messed it up. Richard agrees to forget the incident happened and tells them to go with him. They go back to Cassie's room and Blake assures everyone she won't tell Ross. Richard gives them two weeks on the island to do whatever they can to clear Michelle. Ross and Drew arrive outside to get Blake.
Thursday, April 6
At Company, Selena finds Reva filling out an application after deciding to go back to college. Selena is impressed that Reva is doing this and Reva asks her to help her study for the SATs. Selena asks about the flowers and Reva tells her that Marah sent them. Selena wonders why Reva can't go back to school and have Josh. Reva says that she's got to trust that she can make it on her own. Selena reminds her to finish telling her about the flowers and Olivia overhears them. Reva says that Josh didn't want her to be embarrassed in front of Olivia so he said he sent them. She knew what he was doing because he's a good guy. Selena thinks it's a sign and Josh chose her over Olivia. Olivia tells them that it was a sign that Josh felt sorry for Reva. She tells them that she knows that Josh wasn't really thinking about Reva and that is why he didn't really send her the flowers. Reva asks what the point of this is and they agree that they have better things to do. Olivia leaves and Selena follows her outside. Selena reminds her that when Josh had to choose whom he cared for more he chose Reva. Selena goes back inside and tells Reva that Olivia is no competition. Reva asks Selena to quiz her for her SATs. They study and Selena mentions Josh and says that she is a hopeless romantic. Reva says that she has her own life now and there is alot she wants to do with it.
Bill and Billy meet outside Company and Bill tells him that he's worried about Vanessa. He is afraid that Matt is going to hide her away from the world. He says that they are up at Henry's old cabin and Matt won't let him know how she is doing. Bill tells him what Carmen did with the lip balm but that Vanessa is getting better. Billy thinks that Matt is just trying to protect her. Bill is sure that Matt will keep Vanessa in the dark but Billy knows that Matt is trying to protect her. Bill reminds Billy how Vanessa would feel if she knew that she could save Michelle and didn't do it. Billy agrees to go and find out how Vanessa is if Bill will promise to take care of himself. Bill agrees and Billy leaves. Two orderlies walk by and mention that Carmen Santos is in the psych ward at the hospital. Bill asks them about it and they explain to him what happened. Meanwhile, Vanessa tells Matt she wants to make her statement. Matt thinks she needs to get stronger before she does that. Vanessa reminds him that he said he'd do anything she asked and this is what she needs. He pretends to call the police and tells them what Vanessa did. He hangs up and tells her that Carmen has been arrested and everything is all right. She asks about Michelle and he says that Ross is petitioning for her release and she'll be out in a couple of days. Vanessa still wants to get her statement on the record but Matt talks her into resting for now. Matt tells Vanessa that if she needs to talk to someone about that night, she can talk to him. She can't believe that she killed somebody. She is upset that she couldn't explain before but she can now. Vanessa asks how Bill is doing and Matt says that she just has to get well for now. Matt tells her that they deserve the time for her to get well. Vanessa agrees to take some time and rest and Matt goes outside. Billy arrives and asks if Vanessa is awake inside. Billy asks if Vanessa knows what is going on and says that he is going to put an end to it if he is keeping Vanessa in a fantasy world.
Ray talks to the hospital on the phone and thanks them for their help with Carmen. He thinks she is dangerous and needs help. Theresa arrives to see Ray and tells him she wants to make a confession. She admits to trying to get Danny to make love to her by drugging him and says she didn't mean it. She says she still loves Danny and asks him where he is. Ray says he can't absolove her because she is lying through her teeth. He tells her that he knows about her trying to force Danny to marry her. He asks her to drop the act. He thinks she is there for revenge and she says she can tell that he knows where Danny is. She tries to come on to him and says that she knows he had feelings for him when they were younger. He asks what has happened to her and gets a call from Bill on his cell phone. Bill thanks him for his help at the hospital and says that he is going to go tell Pilar about her mother. They hang up and Theresa tells Ray that she is sorry for acting so desperate. She goes outside and calls to have someone follow Ray and report to her about everyone that he talks to and everywhere he goes. She vows to find Danny and make him pay for humiliating her.
Richard tells Michelle and Danny that they have two weeks to clear her name. Cassie thanks him and Blake reassures them she won't say anything to Ross. Outside, Ross and Drew arrive to get Blake and go home. Drew stops him from going inside and apologizes for thinking he would hide Danny and Michelle. She says she's never had an aunt and uncle before and asks to spend time with them. Meanwhile, Michelle gives Blake a note to give to Jesse explaining that they are all right. Danny thanks Richard and tells him they will stay at the Santos house in San Cristobel. He says he needs to get in touch with Ray to find Carmen's phone records in the house but is afraid Ray's phone will be tapped. Cassie agrees to go to Springfield and be the liason for them. Ross knocks on the door and Blake goes outside and makes up a story about two people being killed on a boat and she is afraid it was Danny and Michelle. Cassie goes out there before Blake's imagination gets the best of her and Danny and Michelle sneak out. They arrive at the house and Michelle can't believe that Drew came all this way looking for them. Danny tries to reassure Michelle that Cassie can get to Ray and help them. He is sure that Ray will be able to find Vanessa and help them. Michelle mentions that she sent a note to Jesse by Blake. Danny gets upset and tells her that she risked everything because of Jesse. She apologizes and says that she didn't realize. Drew wants to go where the accident was so they go inside to talk to Richard. He tells them that the bodies were of two fishermen. Blake and Ross leave to pack and Blake drops the case holding the note to Jesse. Drew finds it and picks it up. Drew apologizes to Richard and Cassie for the way she was acting when she came to San Cristobel. They tell her that they understand and she leaves. Blake sees Drew with the case and asks Drew if she opened it. She grabs it and says that they need to go pack. Cassie thanks Richard for helping her and apologizes for catching him up in this lie. He tells her that he did it for her and tells her that he can't allow her to go to Ray. He tells her that it is too dangerous but she says that she is their only chance. She promises to be careful but he tells her it would kill him if something happened to her. She tells him that she will miss him but she has to go for a few days.
Friday, April 7
Bill brings Pilar to a picnic on the beach. She is worried that Carmen will find them and he explains that Carmen is locked in the psych ward of the hospital. Pilar thinks that is hilarious. They wonder how long they can keep Carmen there. Pilar says that she feels free and Bill vows that no one is ever going to hurt her again. She tells him how wonderful it would be to live a “normal” life but she says she know they can never have that. She says that she has to take responsibility for everything she has done to him and she wonders what she is going to do to him next. He tells her that he is lucky to have her in his life even with everything she has done. He tells her that he loves her and that he just wants to be with her. She asks him to start with the right now and they get romantic.
Billy tells Matt that he won't let him keep Vanessa in a fantasy world but Matt stops him from going inside. He tells him that they aren't leaving. Billy doesn't believe that Vanessa will go to jail but Matt reminds him what happened to Michelle. He says that he is protecting her and Billy asks if this is what Vanessa wants. Matt tells him that he isn't Vanessa's husband anymore and Billy says that he'll always care about her. He asks Matt what Vanessa knows and Matt tells him she thinks Michelle has been cleared. Billy tells Matt that Vanessa won't forgive him for lying. Matt is willing to take that chance in order to keep her alive. He asks Billy to think about Maureen because she needs her mother. He tells him that he's taking Vanessa to Europe until she gets stronger. He says they'll come back if things get out of hand and Michelle gets caught again. Billy asks him what if Michelle gets shot while she's on the run. Matt promises that they'll come back and asks Billy to leave and forget they ever spoke. Billy tells him he'll need help pulling this off and volunteers to get him whatever they need. He says that he'll always love Vanessa and Matt says he can live with that. Matt suggests Billy go in and see Vanessa and they go inside.
Harley tells Phillip she can sit in the waiting room at the hospital but he thinks she'd be more comfortable at Company. She gets a phone call and tells him not to leave until she's done. Phillip sees Rick outside and goes to talk to him. He asks Rick why he's pacing and Rick tells him he hasn't had much sleep because of Michelle. He says that Harley snooping around hasn't helped either. Phillip assures him that Harley promised him she'd back off but wonders why he's so upset about it. Harley watches them talk until Frank sneaks up behind her. He tells her that he's back on the force and she congratulates him. Phillip assures Rick that if this blows up he'll take the hit and goes back inside to say goodbye to Harley. She offers again to sit in the waiting room. Phillip leaves and Frank wants to talk to Harley about why she doesn't want Phillip out of her sight. She makes a few excuses then tells him about Edmund blackmailing Phillip. She says she found out that Phillip is really protecting Rick and that it's bad enough to make Phillip give Edmund a seat on the board. Frank thinks she should back off but asks her what she's found out. She tells him it has something to do with when Rick was in medical school. She asks if he knows Claire Ramsey and he says that she's Michelle's biological mother. Harley gets another phone call and Frank goes to check on Eleni. Harley makes arrangements to be on the shuttle flight to Chicago to see Claire.
Edmund gives Noah a list of Lizzie’s doctors’ names. Noah wants to know why Edmund is doing this. Edmund says that he has his reasons. Jim, Beth and Lizzie arrive at the hospital and Lizzie wants to know where Phillip is. Lizzie still doesn’t want to get her treatment and she realizes that she forgot her white horse. She says that she can’t do it without her horse and Beth says that she’ll go get it for her. Jim and Lizzie play I-spy in the room to calm her down. He tells her that it is OK to be nervous. Lizzie tells him that she is glad that he and her mommy got married because her mommy is happy now. She tells him that he is a great guy and they hug one another just as Phillip walks in. Lizzie explains that Beth is gone to get the horse and Phillip goes to find her. Rick sees Edmund at the hospital and Edmund tells him that he knows how he is helping Phillip with Harley. Rick says that it is none of his business and walks off. Rick thinks to himself that he and Phillip are too old for this and remembers telling Harley that Edmund is blackmailing him instead of Phillip. He remembers marrying Abby and realizes how much he has to lose if his secret gets out. Jim runs into him and asks what is wrong. Jim tells him what a great friend he is to Phillip and how lucky everyone is to have him. Noah looks over Lizzie’s chart and Phillip sees him. Rick comes over and Noah introduces himself to them. Rick explains that Dr. Chase is a great oncologist and Noah explains that Edmund asked him to come there. Noah tells him that he doesn’t trust Edmund either and Phillip allows him to see Lizzie while he is here. Noah goes in and Rick confronts Phillip about telling Edmund what he told Harley. Edmund turns around and runs into Beth. He asks how Lizzie is today and she explains that she had to go get the horse. Phillip finds them and Beth goes to take the horse to Lizzie. Phillip tells Edmund to go home because he is not welcome there. Edmund tells Phillip that he is just jealous that he is a comfort to Beth. Phillip can’t understand how Edmund could use a sick child. Phillip tells him that Noah didn’t keep his secret and Edmund tells that he knows Phillip would never use Dr. Chase if Edmund were the one that recommended him. Edmund tells Phillip that all of this is his fault because he is the one that is allowing Edmund to blackmail him. Beth finds him and tells him that they have started Lizzie’s treatment. Jim comes and tells him that Lizzie is queasy and clammy and goes to get her a ginger ale. Beth and Phillip go to talk to the doctor and Noah goes in to see Lizzie. He looks at her and comes out and tells them that they have a big problem. Rick arrives at Company and asks Frank where Harley is. Frank says she bolted out and Rick tries to catch her. Rick remembers his past with Claire and vows to keep it secret.
Monday, April 10
Billy assures Matt over the phone he will keep his secret and get him whatever he needs. He goes inside Company and talks to Buzz about the problems his family is having. He sits next to Holly and they talk about their problems. Holly tells him she saw Bill and that he's grown. Billy says that he turned out good despite the fact that he was in jail most of the time he was growing up. Holly can relate to being a bad parent and they both hope their children forgive them. Billy wonders what Holly is doing out by herself and she tells him she has a date later. Before leaving, Holly asks him if he'll be okay and he says that he has a meeting. They run into each other at the hospital and Holly says she has an interview with a board member. Billy notices that she was going inside the AA meeting and wonders if that was her date. She asks him if that was his meeting and he says he's been sober for six years. She admits it's been less than a year for her and he says he's proud of her. She wonders what they do now and Billy says they go on a hot date and they go inside the meeting.
Bill asks Pilar is she is sure about this being her first time and she tells him that she is sure. Bill says that he can't do this right now. She tells him that she wants him but he says that this won’t make her problems go away. She gets defensive and says that she doesn’t need his pity. Pilar walks off and steps on glass. Bill helps her and she apologizes for the way she was acting. He tells her that he loves her for how strong she is inside. He tells her that anything is possible for them and she asks if they can stay there a while longer. They sit in each other’s arms.
At Company, Rick stares at Claire's picture and wonders what they've gotten themselves into. Abby overhears him say her name and asks him who she is. Rick changes the subject by telling her that he's glad she's home from her trip. Abby wants to know what's bothering him and he tells her he's worried about Michelle and Lizzie. Abby knows there's more to it. She thinks they have a problem and tells him that she knows people can be torn apart in a marriage. He assures her that she is what keeps him going every day. Abby says he still hasn't told her who Claire is and he admits that she's caught him and he can't lie to her. He jokes that he married another woman who is both a supermodel and a brain surgeon. Abby doesn't want him to make fun of her and he says he's making fun of the idea that there could be another woman. He tells her that Claire is an elderly patient of his. He tells her he has to go check on Lizzie and she tells him that if there is anything wrong, no matter how bad it is, she wants to know. He promises to tell her and leaves for the hospital.
Harley arrives in Chicago and tells the nanny to be vague if Phillip asks where she is. Harley thinks it's time to find out what Claire has to do with the skeletons in Rick's closet. She tells Claire she is looking for some information on one of her students. Claire says she doesn't remember Rick Bauer and that she's wasting her time. Harley mentions Ed and Claire says she remembers now. Harley tells her that they are giving Rick an award at the hospital and she's making sure the press doesn't get a hold of anything bad from his past. Claire gets upset and says that they should leave him alone if he's doing well. Harley tells her that he got good grades in medical school except for an F in her class. Claire acts like she doesn't remember when Harley tells her she changed the grade to an A. She asks if there is any written records and Claire looks in her filing cabinet. She says there is nothing out of the ordinary. Claire gets a call and has to leave for a minute. Harley knows she's lying and decides to look at the file herself. Claire catches her and wants to know why she's really there or else she'll call the police. Harley doesn't understand why Claire is getting so defensive and she explains that she's trying to discredit a fellow doctor. She wants to know why Harley is after Rick but Harley says she's trying to help him. She says he doesn't want news of that F getting out. Claire says the secret is safe with her and Harley says she'd better go. Claire calls Rick and tells him she has to see him right away.
Noah comes and tells everyone that there is a problem with Lizzie. He argues with Lizzie’s doctor and begs Phillip and Beth to have Lizzie checked. Phillip tells him to help Lizzie any way that he can. Noah looks over Lizzie’s chart and asks Beth and Phillip to leave and let him take care of Lizzie. They go outside and Beth breaks down. Phillip tries to comfort her. Beth tells him that she is not strong enough to go through this and he says that he is not going anywhere. He tells her that they can do it together and she thanks him. He says that she has to calm down for both of their children and she gets worried that he is going to let it slip in front of someone else. He says that he only let that slip because she is not taking care of herself. Jim returns and they explain to Jim what happened with Lizzie. Noah comes out and tells them that Lizzie is better now. They thank him for helping Lizzie and Jim takes Phillip aside to talk to him about Beth. Jim thanks him for being there for Beth and being in her life. He goes in to see Lizzie and Phillip asks Noah if he will be Lizzie’s doctor. He offers Noah anything he wants but Noah is reluctant. He says that Lizzie doesn’t really need his help because she is receiving good care there and he walks off. Phillip, Jim, and Beth talk to Lizzie and tell her that she is better now. Jim comforts Beth and Phillip watches him.

Rick goes to see Claire in Chicago. She asks about his life now and he tells her she hasn't changed at all. He says she did the right thing by calling him. Claire tells him that a woman came by asking questions because he was getting an award but she knew there was more to it. He asks her if the woman's name was Harley Cooper and she realizes he does know her. She reminds him that he promised this would never be brought up again and he says he can handle it. She tells him that this could destroy both of their lives. Rick explains what happened and says he could normally handle Harley but he's been preoccupied with Michelle. Claire wants to know what's wrong with Michelle and he hesitates to tell her. He says she doesn't have a right to know anything. He says that Michelle was framed for murder and Claire can't believe it. She suggests she come to Springfield to offer help but Rick thinks it's a bad idea. He tells her that giving Michelle up was the only decent thing she ever did. Claire says that he can't take away a mother's instinct to help her child. She thinks that maybe she shouldn't have given her up since she's on the run from the police. Claire says that she has a reputation and a new life now and he's threatening that. She tells him that if Harley finds out the truth, she won't risk her position again. Rick assures her that he will take care of everything and says it was a risk for him to come there to start with. Claire asks to see a picture of Michelle and tells Rick to take care of himself. After he's gone, she takes out his file.
Harley and Frank have a picnic on the beach. She tells him that Claire acted as though she didn't remember Rick. He thinks that's strange too since they were such good friends. Harley asks how good and he admits Rick and Claire were lovers. Harley can't believe it and realizes that Claire was definitely lying to her. She wants to know everything Frank knows about Claire Ramsey. Frank tells her that Michelle knows that Claire is her biological mother. He thinks that Claire is just a private person but Harley thinks she was trying to throw her off track. She says there is more to this secret than just a fling that happened years ago. Frank thinks she should stay out of it. He says she will end up getting hurt and that some secrets should remain buried. Harley wants him to go to Chicago with her and he hesitates. She talks him into it and says that Claire is the key to this whole thing.
Danny comes back home and can’t find Michelle anywhere. She comes inside from swimming and he gets upset with her for leaving the house. She points out that he left the house for groceries. They both apologize and Michelle tries to get romantic with him. Michelle worries that someone is going to recognize her and they get romantic again. Michelle finds a photo album with he and Theresa in it and asks how many times she has been there in San Cristobel. She thinks that Theresa will figure out that is where they are. Danny doesn’t agree and thinks that they should stay there. She gives in and they get romantic again.
Cassie and Blake arrive at Company and talk about helping Michelle. Cassie can’t wait to get back home to Richard. Blake asks her to give the note from Michelle to Jesse so that she won’t have to lie to Ross. Cassie says that she can’t because she has to take care of Ray. Meanwhile, Drew finds Jesse outside Company and he confronts her about lying to him about going to the spa. She says that she just didn’t want to fight with him about what she was really doing. He tells her how worried he was when he couldn’t get in touch with her because he thought she had left for good. He says that he understands the problems she had with him about Michelle and she is very happy. She tells him that she really went to San Cristobel and ran into Ross. They go inside and look at her daily planner filled with things about Ben’s murder and she tells him that she wants these things to change. He says that he’d like to see their wedding date in that planner and says he would like to make plans for them to get away for a couple of days. She likes the idea and he goes to make the plans. Blake purposely runs into and slips the note into his pocket. Cassie doesn’t thinks that he noticed and Ray arrives. Blake goes to distract Drew and Cassie goes over to talk to Ray. She tells him that Michelle and Danny have two weeks before Richard will turn them in and that Danny wants him to find Ruth Lockhart. She tells him that Carmen might know where she is and he says that he can find out. Theresa arrives and he introduces her and Cassie. Theresa thinks he is hiding something. Ray tries to get rid of her but she continues to ask questions. Theresa invites him to dinner but he refuses and Cassie asks her what her problem is. Theresa leaves and Ray explains to Cassie that Theresa is ruthless and after Danny. Ray thanks Cassie for all her help and he leaves. Blake comes back and Cassie explains that she has gotten herself involved with Theresa’s family. Blake thinks that she should have a bodyguard and invites her home with her and Ross. Cassie declines and calls Richard but doesn’t reach him. Cassie goes to the farm and the door is open. Back at Company, Jesse returns to Drew’s table and says that he is going to get some champagne from Buzz. Drew looks for a pen in Jesse’s pocket and finds Blake’s case. She opens it and reads the note from Michelle saying that she is in San Cristobel. Drew gets upset because she thinks that Jesse knew the whole time.
Wednesday, April 12
Jim finds Susan at the beach and explains how he knew she skipped school. He tells her he understands and wants to know what's bothering her. She says she came there to think about Lizzie. He thinks there's more to it since he's spending a lot of time at work and the new baby is coming. She admits that it's more about Beth than anything else. Jim thought that everything was okay between her and Beth and she tells him she just wants him to be happy. She admits that she saw him feel Beth's stomach the night before and she saw how happy it made him. She wonder how Beth could get pregnant so easily when her mother couldn't. She asks him why her mother didn't deserve to have a baby. Jim tells her that if her mother hadn't died, they'd still be together and happy. He reassures her that even though he loves Beth, he still loves her mother and even though there is a new baby coming, he doesn't love Susan any less. He tells her about how her mother left him when she found out she couldn't have children because she thought it wouldn't be fair to him to marry her. He tells her that when he found her he told her that the only thing that mattered was that they got married. He says they didn't think they could be happier until the day they brought Susan home. He thinks her mom is smiling down on them now because they are going to have a new baby to love.
Edmund and Beth work and she points out how he could take advantage of her situation. She thanks him for everything that he has done for her and calls him a hero. He explains that he has never been allowed to think he was anything special and that Richard always got to bask. Beth says that she sort of understands because everyone thinks she is weak and needy but Edmund disagrees. Beth brings up how people can change and mentions how Cassie has went from stripper to princess. Edmund is surprised but acts like he already knew that. Outside, Noah asks Phillip why he has been checking into his finances and Phillip says that he just wants to know what it will take to get him to treat Lizzie. Phillip says that all he cares about is Lizzie getting well and Lizzie arrives. She says that she is there with her grandpa and Lizzie remembers Noah from the hospital. She shows him her horse, thanks Noah for helping her and Lizzie goes back to find Alan. Noah explains that he only takes patients that are in very serious condition. Phillip has to go speak with someone and Noah calls someone on the phone. He calls her “beautiful” and tells her that he thought she should know that he is taking a case that involves Lizzie Spaulding. Phillip returns and they go inside the office where Beth and Edmund are. Beth thanks Noah again for helping Lizzie and Phillip tells them that he is trying to get Noah to stay. Lizzie comes in and runs into Edmund’s arms. She says hello but that she has to get back to work with Alan. Noah says that Phillip has convinced him to stay and be Lizzie’s doctor. Phillip is confused and Beth nearly faints. Noah takes her to get something to eat. Phillip comments to Edmund about how Beth and Lizzie are totally fooled by him but how that will change soon enough. Phillip says that he isn’t a man and that he will always be second best to Richard. Phillip leaves and Edmund says that he has just about enough of Phillip. Edmund gets on the Internet, finds “Teasers”, and finds a picture of Cassie.
Cassie arrives at the farm to find the door open. She goes inside and Richard scares her. She is very happy that it is him and asks what he is doing there. He says that he just missed her and that he wanted to help her take some of her things back to San Cristobel with her. He went ahead and packed some of her things and she says that she doesn’t need anything but him. She looks through the things he had packed and tells him that Springfield feels different to her now. She says that it is not her home anymore but it is with him now. He tells her that he was worried that their love will not be enough for her now that they are together but she tells him that she has never been surer of anything in her life. She says that she wants to leave her stuff here and she finds a picture of Hart. She is surprised that he packed that too and he says that there is no reason to run away from her past. He says that RJ shouldn’t ever be deprived of knowing about his father. She says that Hart was a good thing in her life but he belongs here in his home. She says that she belongs with Richard in San Cristobel and it is time for them to move on. Cassie tells Richard that she wants to go home with him and they leave.
Drew notices that the case looks like the one Blake had and opens it. She reads Michelle's note to Jesse and thinks he knew where she was the whole time. Jesse returns and Drew tells him she'd feel better if she knew where Michelle was and how she was doing. Jesse tells her that he helped them but doesn't know where they are now. He goes to call Max and Drew thinks that he's lying to her again. Meanwhile outside, Theresa talks to her father on the phone and tells him she doesn't want him to get involved. She tells him about seeing Ray with Cassie and that he seemed nervous. She says that she doesn't want Danny anymore, she just wants him to pay. Drew shows Selena the note and tells her that she thought she and Jesse had figured out a way to put Michelle behind them but he's lying to her again. She tells her she wants to go to the police but can't because it would implicate Jesse. Theresa comes in and overhears Drew say she knows where her father's killer is. Selena thinks maybe Jesse is trying to protect himself and it's really not about Michelle. Drew says she's going to confront him and ask him why he can't tell her the truth. Theresa stops her and she remembers the last time Theresa was at her club she almost killed Danny. Theresa tells her that was an accident and she was only trying to get Michelle away from him. She thinks that is something they have in common. She tells Drew that it's time Michelle paid after all that she has done. Drew says this isn't a good time and Theresa tries to convince her they're in the same boat. Drew thinks that no matter what they do, Jesse will be in trouble before Michelle is even caught because Danny has connections in San Cristobel. Theresa realizes that's where they are and Drew tries to cover by saying she was only guessing. Jesse comes back and Theresa says she won't say a word. Jesse wonders what they was about and Drew asks him why he lied to her. He doesn't know what she's talking about and she tells him he knows that Danny and Michelle are in San Cristobel and shows him the case. He says he's never seen it before and she remembers that Blake had it. She says she must have slipped in into his pocket while he was making hotel reservations. Jesse tells her that he meant everything he said earlier and doesn't want anything to get in their way. She says that Theresa overheard her talking to Selena and Jesse realizes she knows where they are. Drew tells him she didn't mean to tell her. Jesse wants to know exactly what she told Theresa. Drew doesn't think Theresa will say anything because she loves Danny. Jesse says that Theresa thinks Danny dumped her for Michelle. He says he has to go warn them before Theresa finds them. Drew doesn't want him to go but he tells her she may have just signed their death warrant and leaves.
Thursday, April 13
Rick tells Phillip that Harley went to Chicago to see Claire Ramsey. Phillip can't believe it but doesn't understand what the big deal is. Rick reminds him that he had a drug problem in medical school. Phillip says that everybody knows about that and he's made up for that. Phillip thinks he's hiding something more and asks him to tell him what it is. Rick says that he's fine but that Phillip doesn't look so good. Phillip reminds him that it took a lot for him to make it through medical school and become a doctor. Phillip thinks that he's a hero but Rick says he's far from it. Phillip agrees to keep Harley from digging any further into his past. Meanwhile, Harley and Frank arrive at Claire's office. Frank still thinks it's a bad idea but Harley tells him that Rick and Phillip don't need Edmund's aggravation. She tells him to keep Claire out of the office while she looks for the file. Frank goes in and tells Claire he's a police officer interested in getting into foresenics. She tells him he needs to go to the admissions office and he asks her to escort him so he can ask questions about the program. Harley sneaks inside while they're gone and realizes Claire has moved the file. She searches and finds it hidden in the bookcase. Claire and Frank returns and he tries to keep her from going inside. He confesses that he isn't really interested in enrolling in school, he's really interested in dating her. Claire tells him he doesn't have a chance because she doesn't date married men. He looks at his wedding ring and tells her he really isn't married and she walks away. Inside, Harley takes pictures of Rick's file. When Claire opens the door, Harley hides behind the desk and Frank tells Claire that she has a trespasser. Harley can't believe he gave her away.
Matt tells Billy that he is going to get Vanessa’s confession on videotape before they leave. Billy wants to know how long they will be away but Matt doesn’t know. They go inside and Matt tells her that he is going to get the video equipment to tape her confession. She is confused about why the police would allow this and thinks that both of them are lying to her. Matt tells her that everything will work out fine and he leaves. Billy tells her that Bill is thinking of her and Vanessa begins to question Billy about this video tape confession. She asks him about Michelle and catches him lying. He reluctantly tells her the truth about everything and Matt returns. He tells Vanessa that he is just trying to protect her. Vanessa insists that she must go talk to the police to clear Michelle. Billy apologizes to Matt for telling Vanessa and leaves. Matt agrees to go call the police and say that she is coming in. He goes outside and calls to speed their trip but she hears him and tells him that she won’t let him do this.
Michelle hates waiting to hear from Ray. They get a call from Ray and he tells Danny that he is in Carmen’s house with the key. Ray tells him that Carmen is in the psych ward in Cedar’s and Danny warns Ray that Dietz will be suspicious of him. He walks Ray through getting into his mother’s desk and Ray tells them to be on the look out for Theresa. Ray hangs up abruptly and Danny worries that something is wrong. Jimmy comes in and finds Ray and Ray explains that he is taking care of Carmen’s things while she is away. He leaves Ray alone and Ray finds Ruth’s number. Michelle tries to calm Danny down by reminding him what her mother told her in her dream. Danny tells her that Ray said that he had Carmen committed. They talk about mothers and Danny asks about Claire but Michelle says that Maureen was her only mother. They get a call back from Ray and he tells them that he found Ruth. Michelle thanks Ray for his help and Ray says that he has to go for now. Michelle is hopeful but Danny is worried that it won’t be enough. Danny tells her that he wants to make her dreams come true and she tells him that he does. They sit down together and she asks him to daydream with her. They talk about how they wish things could be. Just as they are sharing a romantic fantasy, Theresa bursts in with a gun.
Friday, April 14
Abby runs into Lizzie at the hospital and asks her how she is doing. Abby asks her questions about her chemotherapy and Lizzie explains. Lizzie talks to her about her cochlear implant and Abby explains how scared she was of the surgery. Lizzie says that she is scared too and Abby tells her that she is surrounded by people that love her and will help her. Rick arrives and hears them talking. They tell him hello and Rick says that Beth and Jim invited he and Abby for dinner. Neither one of them can make it and Lizzie is disappointed. They invite her to dinner at their house sometime and she says that she will. She says she has to go meet her mom at the baby window and talks about what a great baby-sitter she will be someday. She offers to baby-sit their kids when they have some and Abby looks uncomfortable. Rick walks Lizzie to meet her mom.
Harley tries to explain what she's doing in Claire's office and Frank tells Claire there's been a series of break-ins on campus. Claire says that Harley came by earlier looking through her files. Frank arrests Harley for criminal trespassing but Claire doesn't think that's necessary. She says she won't press charges and Frank tells her it doesn't matter because he saw the whole thing. He leads Harley away in handcuffs and Claire goes back inside. Harley tells Frank she got pictures of Rick's file on her digital camera and they leave. Claire realizes Harley saw the file and calls the police station to leave a message for Detective McBride. She learns there isn't a detective by that name and realizes she's been set up. Harley thanks Frank for his help but he still thinks she should let Phillip and Rick handle this. She believes that her marriage is on shaky ground until this blackmail is settled. Frank leaves and Harley looks at the pictures and can't believe what she sees.
Vanessa tells Matt she won't let him do this and he takes her back to the bed. He says that she can make a video statement from Switzerland. She tells him that she has to help Michelle and asks him why he lied to her and Billy. He says that he is doing the right thing by keeping her safe. He goes to pack and she tries to call Billy's cell phone. Meanwhile, Bernardo asks Drew what she and Theresa talked about earlier and she tells him she doesn't remember. He thinks she knows where Danny and Michelle are and wants her to tell him before any blood is shed. He says that Theresa took his gun and she admits that they are in San Cristobel. She asks him to make sure Jesse is safe and he tells her he can't make any promises but she did the right thing by telling him. Inside, Holly realizes she picked up Billy's cell phone at the AA meeting. Vanessa calls looking for Billy and tells Holly that somebody has to come help her. Drew overhears Holly say Vanessa's name. She tells Drew that she has to go help a friend and Drew asks if Vanessa is okay. Holly says she needs help and Drew offers to go with her but Holly says no. Drew follows her anyway. Vanessa drops the phone and Matt asks her what she was doing. She tells him she was reaching for the water and knocked the phone off. He says that they leave for Switzerland tonight but Vanessa says she won't go. Matt tells her what he's been through not knowing each day whether she would die or not. Vanessa says that she's willing to take the risk that Carmen will come after her but Matt isn't. He goes to get Maureen ready to leave and Vanessa prays for Holly to hurry. Matt gets them ready and Vanessa refuses to go with him. He tries to pick her up and Holly comes in wanting to know what's going on. Matt realizes Vanessa called her and tells her he doesn't want to lose her. Vanessa assures him he won't and he walks away. Drew walks in to hear Vanessa tell Holly that she was the one who shot Ben. She tells them how it happened and Drew realizes that it was an accident and Michelle is innocent. She tells Holly that she sent some dangerous people after them and if anything happens to Michelle, Danny or Jesse it's her fault. Meanwhile, Bernardo makes a call to San Cristobel to make sure Danny and Michelle are eliminated.
Jesse shows a picture in a restaurant in San Cristobel and asks if anyone has seen Michelle and Danny. A lady says that she has and asks Jesse if he is with the police. She says that she saw Danny and asks why Jesse wants to know where they are. He explains that they are in terrible danger and he has to warn them. Meanwhile, Theresa tells Danny that she got in with the key he gave her before. She tells them that he has to pay for the mistake of picking Michelle and she points her gun at him. Danny says that she won't accomplish anything by killing him and she points the gun at Michelle. Danny tries to get Theresa to think about what she is doing and she says that he is driving her to do this. She has a plan about how she will tell the police that she was just defending herself from a convicted murderer if she ever got caught. Danny says that she'll have to kill him too. Danny tells her that he did love her once when they were young but things have changed. He says that he loves Michelle now. Michelle sneaks back toward the phone while Danny tries to distract Theresa. Michelle picks up the phone and Theresa shoots at her. Michelle gets angry and Theresa says that she can't be tricked. Michelle tells her that she can't make Danny love her and if she is going to shoot them to just get it over with. Theresa grabs Michelle and holds the gun on her. She asks Danny to tell her how he really feels about her and asks if he really meant it when he asked her to marry him. He says yes and she says that he is a liar. She asks him if her remembers what it was like when they were in love and made love in the pool out back. She asks if he thinks of making love to her when he is with Michelle. He says yes and she says that he is a liar. He tells her that he wishes he could make her pain go away and she says that all she needs is him. He begs her to give him the gun and then wrestles her to the ground for the gun. Danny gets the gun and tells Theresa to get out. She threatens to call her father and they hear a noise outside. Theresa says that it is her father and that he has tracked them down. Danny points the gun at the door and shoots Jesse in the chest as he bursts in.
Monday, April 17
Harley reads Rick's file and finds out his secret. She understands why he was so desperate to keep it hidden. Rick arrives and tells Harley to let it go. She tells him it's too late because she already knows what he and Claire did. Rick congratulates her because now he's going to lose everything. He asks her what she is going to do and she apologizes. She tells him Phillip didn't need Edmund's blackmail and asks him what he thinks Edmund will do. Rick doesn't know but it's just a matter of time before everyone finds out. Phillip arrives and before Rick can tell him anything, he tells Harley to stop digging. Harley tells them that she didn't find anything and will stop investigating. She apologizes and Rick accepts. Harley goes to see about the baby and Phillip apologizes too. He says that he understands what it's like to want to keep a secret hidden. He promises that he will take care of his problem and there will be no more investigating. Harley comes back and Phillip invites Rick and Abby to dinner but he has to go to the hospital. Phillip goes to call for dinner and Rick asks Harley why she covered for him. She tells him that Phillip doesn't need to know and he won't hear it from her. She tells him that if he ever needs to talk, she'll be there for him. Rick leaves and remembers talking to Claire. He wishes that Harley was right and something good could come from this but he doesn't believe it's possible. He says that Phillip will keep his marriage and he will lose everything.
Noah runs into Reva at towers and asks her about her schoolbooks. He asks her if he knows her from somewhere and she says it is from her ex-husband. Josh and Olivia arrive and Josh sees Reva. Olivia suggests that they go over and say hello. They say hello and Olivia asks Reva if she is there alone. Noah comes over and acts like he is there with Reva on a date. Olivia introduces him to Josh as one of Richard’s oldest friends. Josh asks Reva if they knew each other when she was Katherine and suggests that they all sit down together so that he can get to know Noah better. Josh questions Noah about how well he knows Reva and Noah mentions that Reva is going back to school. Josh is surprised and tells Reva that is a good idea. Olivia tells her that it is very brave. Reva tells him that it is good that they are both starting new lives. Josh and Olivia go over to their table. Reva tells Noah that was very noble of him but asks who the hell told him that he could do it. Reva says that she can take care of herself. He asks if she is totally over Josh and she says that it is none of his business but no. Noah points out that Josh was shaken up by her being out on a date. Olivia talks to Josh about business but Josh isn't listening. He asks her about Noah and she tells him that he is an oncologist. He apologizes for talking to her about this and she can see that he is upset. He says that it is strange but that she can help him. He looks over at Reva again and Olivia says that they should go. He says that he is fine there but she talks him into leaving. He promises to make it up to her and they leave. Josh waves at Reva on the way out. Noah apologizes to Reva for butting in and says that she looks different from the way she used to. He explains that they never actually met but he saw pictures. He says that he sees the resemblance between her and her sister and Reva asks how Cassie is doing. She says that she misses her. Noah asks her out for dinner for real but she says no because she is flying solo these days and she leaves.
Edmund thanks his contact for getting him pictures of Cassie stripping. Beth, Jim and Lizzie arrive and Beth asks him if those are pictures for the new Spaulding brochure. Edmund says she can't see these pictures because they are out for fun, not business. Lizzie invites Edmund to have ice cream with them but he says he has to work. Jim doesn't seem to like the idea of Edmund joining them so Edmund accepts. Beth asks him if he's spoken to Richard and he tells her not since he accused him of sabotaging the San Cristobel project. Beth asks him if he is going to the wedding and he reminds her that he has been exiled. She thinks Richard would allow him to come but Edmund says he doesn't know if he can give them his blessing. He says that he doesn't think the people need a former stripper as a princess. Jim defends Cassie and tells him she only did that to pay for lawyers to get her daughter back. Edmund apologizes and says he has no right to judge her. Inside Company, Jim tells Beth he doesn't like sharing her with Edmund. She reminds him that she is going home with him and they decide to leave. Edmund asks her to go over the brochures with him at lunch tomorrow and she agrees. Jim tells Edmund that he hopes he is sincere about his feelings for Lizzie or else he'll snap him like a twig. He also tells Edmund to lay off Cassie and leaves. Edmund comments that he doesn't have to do anything to Cassie because she's already done it to herself.
Danny gets the gun away from Theresa and hears a noise outside. Theresa says that it's her father and orders him to kill them. Jesse busts in through the window and Danny shoots him. Danny says he didn't know it was Jesse and Michelle tells him to go get help. She puts pressure on the wound and tells Jesse that he's going to be all right. She puts a blanket over him and asks him what he was doing there. Jesse says he was trying to stop Theresa from hurting her. Jesse loses consciousness and Michelle realizes the blanket isn't helping. She wraps up with him and tells him to hold on. Meanwhile, Cassie gets ready for the state dinner and Richard gives her a diamond necklace. they get ready to meet with the American ambassador and Cassie worries that he will find out about Michelle and Danny. the ambassador and his wife arrive and Richard introduces Cassie to them. Danny bursts in and says that there has been a shooting. Cassie goes with him and Richard follows them. they arrive at the house and Danny explains that he is the one who shot Jesse. Richard says that Michelle needs to get out of the country and she refuses. Cassie says that she has to call Ross. Back in Springfield, Blake and Ross talk about their interrupted getaway to San Cristobel. Drew arrives and tells them that Vanessa confessed to Ben's murder. She says that Michelle is innocent and she told Theresa where she and Danny are. Drew has a bad feeling that something is going to happen. She tries to call Cassie to find out what's going on but can't get through. Ross suspected Carmen but can't believe Vanessa fired the second shot. Ross wonders how Drew knows where Danny and Michelle are and she tells him she read the note Blake gave to Jesse. Ross knew Blake knew something but didn't know what it was. Blake apologizes to Drew saying she had to help Michelle clear her name. Ross gets a phone call and tells Drew that Jesse has been shot. He says that it's serious but he's okay. Drew wants to go see him but Ross says that Cassie is going to call back with more details. Drew says she has to tell him she loves him before it's too late and leaves. the doctor takes Jesse to the hospital and Michelle watches.
Tuesday, April 18
At the hospital, Cassie tells Michelle she needs to rest. Richard tells Cassie that he told everyone that Danny and Michelle are under palace arrest. He says he won't do anything until they know about Jesse. The doctor comes out and tells them the bullet was close to Jesse's heart. He says that things are complicated since he's a heart transplant patient. Michelle goes in to see him and asks him not to die on her. Danny tells Cassie that Jesse has Michelle's mother's heart and that he may have destroyed her last link to her mother. Cassie tries to reassure him that Michelle doesn't blame him and that it was an accident. Danny thinks he should have thought before he reacted. He tells her that he resented the fact that Jesse was Michelle's first love and has her mother's heart. He thinks maybe he did know it was Jesse when he shot him because that's what his family does to rivals. Drew arrives and Michelle tells her that she won't leave Jesse. Drew apologizes saying she was wrong about everything and now is being punished. She tells her that Vanessa woke up and she knows the truth now. She says she should have believed in her like Jesse did. Michelle can't talk about that now and Drew understands. She asks Michelle who shot Jesse and Danny says that he did. Jesse wakes up and Danny tells him what happened. Meanwhile, Cassie tells Richard that they don't deserve this. She says that Hart was shot and the bullet was too close to his heart to operate. Richard wonders if this is too much for her but she tells him she wants to help her friends and him. She says she knows he can get in trouble but he assures her he's taken care of everything. They talk about how short life is and how they don't want to hold back anything from each other anymore. Cassie tells everyone that Richard has arranged for Jesse to be taken back to Springfield on his private jet. Michelle tells Drew she's going with them but Drew thinks it might be dangerous for her. Michelle tells her she doesn't care and that she's going.
Doris and David arrive at the cabin to hear Vanessa’s statement. Ross says that David is necessary to provide immunity. Matt wants to call it off but Vanessa refuses. Matt wants to know that Vanessa will be protected from Carmen and explains why. Vanessa begins telling about what happened the night of the shooting. She remembers what she found in Ben’s apartment. Doris points out that Vanessa has no proof of any of this and Bill and Pilar arrive. Doris thinks that Pilar is crazy and Ross just asks for her to listen to Pilar again. Pilar explains that Vanessa is telling the truth and she remembers the night that Carmen shot Ben. She explains how Carmen planted the bloody gloves in Michelle’s room. Ross asks Doris to reopen the case but Doris doesn’t see this as any great evidence. Doris doesn’t believe what Vanessa has said and Ross takes her outside. Matt is happy that the DA didn’t go after Vanessa but Vanessa wants to do more. Pilar can’t believe that they truth didn’t make a difference. Bill tells Matt that Vanessa needs everyone to stick together and support her. Vanessa asks David if there is anything else they can do and he says that he is going to bring Carmen in for questioning. Doris and Ross argue on the porch about the validity of Vanessa’s statements and Michelle’s whereabouts. Matt asks Doris why Vanessa would lie about something like this and Doris just leaves. Vanessa thanks Matt for his help and he says that he has just wanted to protect her. Vanessa can’t believe that her statement didn’t make a difference. Ross tells Bill that Michelle and Danny have to stay away from Springfield and he calls Cassie. She tells him that Michelle and Danny have already left for Springfield.
At Towers, Edmund gets Cassie's pictures ready to be delivered. He believes that no one in San Cristobel will trust Richard's judgment after this. Carmen arrives and pours orange juice on him. She tells him that she's spent days in the psychiatric ward and he pretends he didn't know. She says that she tried to call him to get her out and he realizes that was her that called. She knows he blew her off to go to a Spaulding party. She says that she doesn't do business with losers and his plan to take over San Cristobel didn't work. He tells her he doesn't need her help because everything is in place to bring Richard and Cassie down. Buzz and Selena arrive and she sees Carmen with Edmund. Selena believes that she is the reason for all the pain. Buzz tells her to stay away from Carmen. Buzz steps away for a minute and Selena tells Carmen that Vanessa is awake and telling the truth. Carmen says she doesn't know what she's talking about but is happy Vanessa is awake. Selena tells her that it's over and she is going to pay for hurting everyone she loves. Buzz drags her away and congratulates her on becoming Carmen's new best friend. Carmen wants to go back to Edmund's place but he says he has a meeting. Carmen thinks he believes she's going down and is jumping ship. She says his plan will fail without her and when it does, he shouldn't come crawling back to her. Selena worries that she put Vanessa in danger by telling Carmen she is awake. Buzz assures her the police will take care of Vanessa. Edmund tells Carmen she has a visitor and she sees the police at the door. She tries to go out the back but Selena stops her and points her out to the police. They tell her they are bringing her in for questioning about the murder of Ben Warren. Carmen looks for Edmund but he's gone.
Noah comes back home with Phillip, Beth and Jim after Lizzie’s trip to the hospital. Beth asks him why he wants to do a bone marrow compatibility test and thinks that something is going on. Noah says that he is just trying to be prepared and Beth apologizes. Noah promises to always be straight with them and Beth asks if this type of leukemia is genetic. They all try to reassure her that this new baby will be fine. Beth asks Phillip to come outside with her and Phillip admits that this lie is killing him too. He tries to reassure her that both of their children will be fine. Jim comes out and Phillip goes back inside. Inside, Phillip asks Noah how to make this easy for Lizzie. Noah asks if there is a problem with the baby that Beth is carrying and says that Beth seemed upset. Phillip says that he won’t allow this to affect Lizzie. Jim asks Beth questions about baby names and breathing classes but Beth isn’t interested. Jim tells Beth that Lizzie is getting the best possible care and points out that it seems like she isn’t excited at all to be having this baby. Jim says that he didn’t mean to be insensitive and Beth apologizes. She says that she would like to name the baby James or Jamie and Phillip hears them. Noah says that he just heard from the hospital that there was a problem with their blood tests.
Wednesday, April 19
Frank arrives at the mansion to see Susan. He asks her how it is to stay there. She has Marina’s homework assignments while she will have to miss school when she goes to visit her sick grandmother. Susan says that Marina is lucky because she has a perfect family. Susan talks to him about Max and Frank understands where her father is coming from. Frank reassures her that Max will wait on her and she tells him that three guys already like Marina. He tells her how he got together with Eleni and she tells him that they are perfect for each other. He tells her that their wedding was amazing. Frank gets a call and has to leave. Susan thanks him for telling her family stories and he says they have to spend time together more often.
Rick answers Lizzie’s questions about Beth having her baby. Lizzie wonders if she will be there then and asks Rick why everyone was meeting about her this morning. She thinks that something is wrong. Claire arrives and interrupts them. Rick sends Lizzie to the nursery and Claire tells Rick that Harley found out everything. Rick says that he knows that and that she will keep their secret. Claire gets upset and Rick reassures her that Harley understands how damaging this information is. She reprimands Rick for allowing this to happen. Rick gets a page from Abby and she wants him to stop by the store. He lies to her about what he is doing and he tells Claire that she is just trouble. Claire asks him about Michelle and asks to him to let her know if he hears anything. Claire leaves and Rick gets a call from Phillip. Phillip asks him to bring Lizzie home. Claire goes to the airport and runs into Michelle. Michelle apologizes and Claire realizes that Michelle doesn’t know who she is. She tells Michelle that she is her mother.
Edmund returns to Towers and asks the bartender about Carmen. He gives Edmund a message from Beth and Edmund leaves. Meanwhile, Noah tells them all that there was a problem with their blood tests. Harley arrives home and Noah tells them that there was a problem with Phillip’s blood tests. He asks Phillip about the time around the plane crash and tells them that Phillip has contracted a dangerous virus. Noah tells them that it is not airborne but is transmitted by touch. Noah thinks that he got it in San Cristobel when his leg was injured. Noah tells him that Phillip is highly contagious and says he is sending him to a clinic until he is well and that could take weeks or months. Edmund arrives and says he is there to check on Beth. Beth steps outside with him and tells him that they got some bad news. She explains and Edmund offers to help anyway that he can. Phillip says that he can’t leave Lizzie now. Noah says that he can’t pass it along to all the kids and he reluctantly agrees if he can leave soon. Noah wants to go have some tests done first and warns him to have no physical contact with Lizzie when he says goodbye. Lizzie and Rick arrive and Rick keeps Edmund outside when they all go back inside. Phillip tells Lizzie that he is sick and she gets upset. He explains that it will be bad if he gave it to her so he has to go away to get well. She wants to know when he will be back and she begs him not to leave her. Beth tells her that they can call each other all the time and he tells her that she is braver than he is. He promises to call her tonight and he leaves quickly. Beth and Jim try to comfort Lizzie and promise to get her a cell phone so that she can call him all the time. Harley comes outside and Phillip apologizes for this. She reassures him that she and Zack are fine. Phillip tells her that he loves her and worries what Zack will think about all this. He promises to call him every day and she goes inside. Rick comes outside and Phillip asks him to watch the family while he is gone and Rick says that he will. Noah comes out and they all leave for the hospital. Edmund comes out from behind the porch.
Reva and Marah chat at Company about school. Reva gives her a catalogue from Springfield University and tells her that she plans to go back to school. One of Marah’s classmates stops by and says hello. He makes fun that Marah and her mother will be going to school together. Marah wonders why she picked now to tell her this. Reva thinks they should take the same classes and Marah freaks out. Reva tells Marah that Josh knows and Marah is sure that he is jealous. Reva says that this isn’t about Josh and Marah asks if she thinks about how he spends his time with Olivia. Reva says not if she can help it and admits that she thinks about him a lot. Marah wants to hook her up with a college guy to make Josh jealous. Reva says no and tells her about what happened with Noah. Marah is excited that it made Josh jealous and Reva explains that he is a friend of Richard’s. Reva says that she is going on with her life and things will work out the way they are supposed to. She leaves to take Josh his mail. Meanwhile, Ross tries to reach Michelle from Towers while in a business meeting with Josh. Josh gets a page and has to leave the table. Olivia tells Ross that she is worried about Reva. She thinks that Reva could make things hard financially for Josh and she suggests that he urge Josh to get a legal separation from Reva as soon as possible. Ross doesn’t want to be put in the middle of this but Olivia persists. Ross is sure that Reva would never try to hurt Josh and maintains that this is Josh’s decision. Ross says that Josh knows about separation and asks if she knows anything about Annie Dutton. Olivia says no and says that she is trying to help Josh. Blake arrives and overhears their conversation. Ross takes Blake aside and Blake tells him that she didn’t get through to Michelle. Blake tells Olivia that she is not going to keep Josh and Reva apart with such an obvious ploy. Blake tells her to back off before she gets hurt because Josh and Reva still love each other. Olivia tells her to mind her own business. Blake says that Josh and Reva are her friends and that they are destined to be together. Olivia tells her that she is not responsible for Josh and Reva’s break up. Ross tells Josh that he must think about where he stands with Reva. Ross explains what Olivia told him. Josh thinks that the legal separation is an awful idea. Blake and Ross leave and Josh tells Olivia that she was way out of line. Reva overhears them and says that she thinks that Olivia was right.
Thursday, April 20
Reva agrees with Olivia and Josh is shocked. He takes her aside and she explains that she needs protecting as well as his company. Noah arrives and sits down with Olivia. He wonders what Josh and Reva are saying and tells Olivia that he knows she would love Reva to be far, far away. He says that they should just let whatever will happen to happen. Josh thinks this is coming out of left field and Reva points out that he is with another woman. Reva explains that she is in limbo and needs some certainty in her life. She points out everything that they share and he says that he has always provided for her. He says that they haven't talked about this before and she tells him that is because things are not the way that they used to be. He tells her that this is not the way that he pictured it and he looks over at Noah. He tells her how strange it is to find her with another man who knows things about her and she tells him that she misses him too. Reva says that he is not the one he is worried about leaving her hanging. Josh realizes that this is about Olivia and gets a little angry. He tells her to draw up the papers and leaves the table. He goes to get Olivia and they leave. On the way out she asks him if he is OK and he says no. He tells her not to interfere with him and Reva again. Noah goes over to Reva’s table and asks if she is OK. She says yes if getting hit by a mack truck is OK. He says that she needs company and she says that she doesn’t.
Cassie and Richard get ready for an interview. She is worried that they shouldn't draw attention to themselves because of Michelle and Danny. He tells her not to worry yet and Natalie arrives with the interviewer. Richard wants this to be quick and Natalie points out how important this interview is to show the public the love between them. The interviewer asks them how they knew that they were meant for each other and Richard says it was instinct. They get finished and Natalie tells them that they were wonderful. They leave them alone and Richard pretends that he is the director in a private interview where he professes his undying love. Natalie returns and finds them kissing. She tells them that this is a major media event all over the world. Cassie picks up a file and reads what they say about her. She tells Richard that it is terrible what the have written about her. She tells him that they are lies about how wonderful she is and that she is not the perfect person they are making her out to be. He tells her all that matters is that she is perfect to him.
Buzz and Selena find Ross at the hospital and ask if there's any news on Jesse. He tells them that the plane hasn't landed yet but Jesse is still critical. Rick arrives and Ross tells him the international patient he is expecting is Jesse and Michelle is with him. At the airport, Michelle runs into Claire who tells her he's her mother. Michelle is shocked and Danny arrives saying they have to leave. Claire asks Michelle to give her just a minute but Michelle won't. Danny notices that Michelle is upset. Jesse arrives at the hospital and Drew asks the doctor if he will be all right. The doctor wants everybody to leave but Drew refuses. Rick finds Michelle outside and is happy to see her. Ross tells her that she will have to turn herself in within the hour. Ross tells Danny that their only hope is to find Ruth and Danny calls Ray to get her address. Selena tells Drew that she is a fighter and so is Jesse. She says that he loves Drew too much to leave her. Michelle doesn't know what to do and Claire arrives suggesting they come with her to Chicago. She offers to hide them but Michelle isn't interested. She asks where Danny is and figures he went to find Ruth. She tells Rick to tell Jesse she wanted to be there but couldn't. She wants to get it over with because the police will find her eventually anyway. She and Ross leave for the police station. Rick understands that Claire wants to help but thinks it's better if she keeps her distance. Claire thinks it's fate that she ran into her at the airport. Rick says she heard Michelle's feelings but Claire thinks that's only because she is a stranger now. Rick wants Claire to let him handle it and asks her to go home. Claire calls the airport and cancels her flight back to Chicago. She says she will be staying in Springfield indefinitely. Meanwhile, Drew asks Selena for some time alone with Jesse. She tells him that this is their first Passover together. She asks God to spare Jesse.
Frank arrives back at the police station and David is glad to see him. He tells Frank that he knows Michelle is innocent and has Carmen in custody. They decide to see what they can get Carmen to say. Carmen is furious and maintains she had nothing to do with Ben's murder. Frank gets upset and tells David to book her. Her lawyer arrives and tells her that the DA hasn't changed their minds and the case is still closed. Carmen tells her lawyer to sue them all. She tells David she can't believe he'd think she'd confess to a murder she didn't commit. Carmen turns around to face Michelle. Danny arrives at Ruth's house and asks her to open the door.
Friday, April 21
At the police station, Carmen is surprised to see Michelle back. Michelle tells her that Danny will make sure she pays for setting her up but Carmen doesn't think he would do that to her. Michelle says that Danny shot Jesse and that if he dies, a piece of Danny will die too. She says Carmen might as well have pulled the trigger herself. Danny arrives and asks Michelle why she is turning herself in. Michelle tells him she's tired of running and they'd find them anyway. He says he lost Ruth again and Michelle can't believe it. Carmen tells Danny she knows about Jesse and she understands in a way that Michelle can't. Danny wants her to get away from them but she tells him he was just doing what she and his father trained him to do. She reminds him that he's still a Santos. Danny says that if she doesn't leave, they will so she agrees to go. Carmen tells him to call her if he needs anything. Michelle tries to reassure Danny that he isn't like his family but he sees how she looks at him when they're around Jesse. He thinks she is afraid something will happen to the people she loves because of him. Michelle tells him she trusts him but he wonders what will happen to them if it turns out he killed her closest friend. Doris, Ross and David arrive and Doris tells Michelle she intends to make sure she gets the death penalty. They try to tell her that Vanessa and Carmen shot Ben but she won't listen. Ross threatens to go to the newspapers and tell them she helped a mob boss cover up the truth. Doris agrees to give them 48 hours to find Ruth but if they don't, they will both go to jail. She tells Ross that no matter what they find, his threats won't be forgotten. David and Ross go to look for Ruth and Danny tells Michelle to stay at Rick's. She wants to talk about him thinking she doesn't trust him but he says they'll talk about it later. He says he has to go find Ruth and save Michelle's life.
Reva tells Noah to look somewhere else if he is looking for a damsel in distress. He asks her to have dinner with him just for the free food. She tells him that after she has told him all about herself he will run out of here so fast that he will leave skid marks on the floor. She tells him her story and he isn't affected. He asks if she is on the prowl for a new husband and she says no. He commends her on going back to college but tells her that she can't move on because she is still in love with her husband. She tells him that of course she will love Josh forever and he doesn't understand that. He says that he has never been in love and Reva can't believe it. He gets paged and returns the call. He tells the person that he is on the case and will keep her up to speed. He tells her that she is the only woman in his life and he looks at Reva at the table. Back at the table, Noah says the he doesn't like to talk about himself and Reva thanks him for dinner. He asks her out again and she says no. He asks for a ride home because he doesn't have a car and she reluctantly agrees. They stand up to leave and she sees Edmund. She walks over, slaps him and welcomes him to Springfield. She and Noah leave. Meanwhile, Charlie asks his mom why they have to move so much and Ruth explains that it is for her work. She promises that they will have a real home someday and says that she has to leave for work. She tells him that the lady next door will come over to baby-sit and she reminds him not to tell anyone what their last name is. She tells him to tell everyone that it is Jones. She tells him not to open the door for anyone and he wants to know why he can't see his friends. She tells him to be good and leaves. He sneaks outside after she is gone. In the car, Noah tells Reva how great that slap was and tells her that he doesn't like Edmund either. She asks him about himself and why he doesn't have a car. He says that he doesn't settle down anyway and she thinks he is trying to escape something. Reva hits something. They scoop up the child and take him inside the house. It is Charlie.
At Towers, Edmund tells the bartender that his brother and lady-friend don't know what is in store for them. He makes a phone call and finalizes the plans for how the television broadcast will be the end for Richard and Cassie. Carmen arrives and Edmund is surprised. She reminds him that he left her to fend for herself with the police and that she knows his secrets too. She admits to him that she missed him anyway. Carmen suggests that they go back to his apartment but he says that he is busy tonight. She tells him what she had in mind for when they got there and he decides that he can fit her in to his schedule. They head for the elevator and two of her henchmen grab Edmund and Carmen tells them to do what they have to do to him. He tries to apologize for blowing her off but the men take him away as she laughs.
Cassie wants to know why they must pretend that she is someone else. She thinks that she can't be herself but he reassures her that it is just PR. He humors her and tells her how much he loves her. He tells her that the country is mad about her so she has nothing to worry about. He tells her that tonight will be wonderful and Tammy interrupts them. She and Jenny arrive and Tammy asks if she can go to the party tonight. Cassie says it will be too late for her. Tammy asks if since Richard is the prince whatever he says goes and Cassie reminds her that she is her mother. Tammy thinks that Cassie is ashamed of her because Richard is not her real father. Richard tells her that he can't wait to announce to the whole world that she will be his daughter. Cassie promises to get a tape of the party so they can watch it tomorrow. The guests arrive and Richard toasts to Cassie. Jenny tells Richard how wonderful Cassie is and he agrees. Everyone takes his or her seats to watch the biography of Cassie. The movie begins and it is a video of Cassie stripping.
The Rabbi comes to visit Jesse and tells Drew how sorry she is. Drew is happy to see her because she doesn't think she's saying the prayers right. The Rabbi reminds her that as long as it comes from the heart it doesn't matter. Jesse mumbles that he isn't afraid and goes into cardiac arrest. The doctors come in and work on him. Drew tells the Rabbi that God has to save Jesse. The Rabbi wants her to prepare because sometimes God answers prayers in a way we can't understand. Drew says that Jesse can't die. The Rabbi tries to make her feel better by telling her that she brought God into Jesse's life and that's why he isn't afraid. The doctors come out and tell her that Jesse's heart is very weak and if there's anything she needs to tell him, now is the time. Drew goes back inside but can't find the words to say goodbye. She tells him she knew he would change her life the first time she saw him. She apologizes for pushing him away and remembers the times they spent together. He goes into cardiac arrest again and this time the doctors can't start his heart. Drew can't believe he's gone and tells him she won't leave him. His heart starts beating again and she is happy that he's still alive.
